If you are unsatisfied with your recently purchased Pelican product for any reason, Pelican is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned to Pelican in all original packaging and in a 100% resalable condition, with all return shipping costs at the customer’s expense.
How to return your product:
- Please email all the below information to onlinestore.australia@pelican.com for your ‘Return Authority’ (RA) number to be created.
- Name, phone number, address & email address
- Order number & product information
- Reason for return
- Once completed you will receive your Credit / RA number via email.
- Please carefully package the return in all original packaging and label with RA number.

Please ensure you have received the Return Authority number from Pelican before returning your product, any items received without an RA number will not be accepted by our Warehouse.
