Pelican sells in case pack quantities, which vary by product type. Below is a quick overview of the case pack quantities and minimum order quantities by product type.

Normal turnaround can be up to 4 weeks after your order has been confirmed, design approved and payment submitted. Lead times will be determined based on current inventory as well as the quantity being ordered. Pelican Customer Service Department will be able to quote you with a production timeline based on your specific needs.

Our standard decoration method is customized laser engraving on Pelican stainless steel drinkware or powder coat finishes. This allows for a more permanent imprint that can withstand dishwashers.

For Pelican drinkware, the custom design is placed on the adjacent or opposite side of the PELICAN logo. The custom design dimension space is as followed:

10oz Size Standard location: 1.375” W x 3”H

16oz & 22oz Size Standard location: 1.375” W x 4”H

Due to the permanent nature of our customization process, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders.

All of our custom Pelican drinkware comes with the LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. Please call us at 1-800-473-5422, extension 5 for all warranty inquiries.

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states in the US. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders of 48 or more items. We are unable to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.

The required formats are .EPS, .AI (Adobe Illustrator), scalable .PDF (Adobe Acrobat). With some exceptions, we can also accept .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), and High Resolution .TIFF files.

All fonts in your artwork should be included, or converted to outlines, when sending us the file. If fonts are not outlined, we can reset the type or substitute the missing fonts, but the substitute fonts may not be exact. Customer supplied art must to be reviewed by us prior to confirming a quote for imprinted goods.

Yes, we will email you a digital proof confirming product selected, application and placement of your artwork, prior to production at no charge. There is also the option to make a one off physical pre-production engraved sample for your approval, prior to your full production run. Additional charges and production and approval time will apply for custom pre-production samples.
