This material ensures that Air cases can bend and rebound without breaking, as they are still every bit as waterproof, dustproof and crushproof as our more iconic offerings. Air cases also offer Press & Pull™ latches to keep the case from accidentally opening.
The Pelican Storm case line while not as lightweight as the Air, is another one of our lighter protective case options. Thus, Storm cases sit between Protector and Air cases in our lineup. Made from HPX® high impact resin, Storm cases are incredibly durable, featuring the same waterproof, crushproof, dustproof design as more traditional models. Storm cases also feature Press & Pull™ latches, which are easier to open than double-step latches and lock automatically upon closing. Storm cases are also outfitted with a Vortex™ Valve to balance air pressure inside the case and prevent vacuum lock.
